I purchased a subscription to the Mindguru app on my Android phone about one to two years ago. The payment card used for the subscription was a Ziraat Bank Visa card registered in my mother’s name. Yesterday, I noticed that on February 18 or 19, a charge of $10 with the description “Mindguru” was deducted from that card.
I immediately checked all of my subscriptions and my Mindguru account. I also reviewed both of my email addresses one by one, but I did not find any active subscription associated with Mindguru. Despite this, $10 was still charged to the card, which concerns me because this transaction appears to have been made without my knowledge or permission.
Since I do not have any active subscription, I request a full refund of the $10 charge, along with an investigation to determine whether any other unauthorized charges have been made. I also request that any memberships or subscriptions associated with my name or card information in Mindguru be canceled, and that I receive written confirmation regarding this matter.
