Mindguru Life Secretly Bills Canceled Subscription Months After Confirmation

Despite canceling my membership with Mindguru Life in December 2025, I noticed that my card was charged again without my knowledge or consent. A charge of $26 was billed twice to my Garanti Bank credit card—once in April 2026 and once in July 2026—with the transaction description "mindguru.life".

I absolutely refuse to accept being charged months after canceling my subscription, especially since I received an email confirming that it had been terminated. When I noticed the July charge and reviewed my transaction history, I realized an identical charge had also been made in April. Throughout this time, Mindguru Life provided no prior notice and obtained no renewed consent from me.

I demand a full refund back to my card for both charges from April and July 2026, totaling $53, which were quietly billed under a canceled membership. I also request written confirmation that my subscription has been completely and permanently terminated in their system.
