Mindguru Refund Complaint After Unauthorized $25 Charge

On January 1, $25 was charged from the credit card registered to my Google Play account for payments related to the Mindguru app, without my consent or authorization.
As soon as I noticed the transactions, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. However, my bank informed me that they would not be able to provide much assistance because the transactions appear to originate from Google Play and the related application.
I have also tried contacting both the app and Google Play, but I have not received any response and cannot reach anyone for support. Because of this, I am experiencing a serious inconvenience.
I have been waiting for about a month for the excess charge to be refunded, but so far no refund has been credited to my account. I request that this unauthorized charge be canceled as soon as possible and that the full amount taken without my consent be refunded to my credit card.
