Mindguru.life Drains Bank Accounts After Hiding Unsubscribe Links
I do not clearly remember when or how I subscribed to the Mindguru.life website, but I noticed that recurring charges have been regularly deducted from my card under this site's name for a long time. I cannot find any section on either the website or the app related to canceling or terminating the subscription.
Because I was unable to cancel it, I was forced to completely close my card a while ago, which was the only way I could stop the payments. However, as soon as I reopened my card for online purchases, a charge of $26 was immediately processed on the 14th of last month under the name Mindguru.life with the description "mindguru.life deferral." When I spoke with my bank, they told me that they could not cancel this subscription on their end and that the recurring charges had to be stopped by the site itself.
I cannot find any email address, phone number, live support, or cancellation link on the website or app to contact Mindguru.life, leaving me unable to terminate my membership myself. I demand the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the most recent $26 charge, as well as all previous charges collected under this account.
