Mindguru Instagram App Download Led to Unauthorized Subscription Charges

I saw the Mindguru app on Instagram and downloaded it to my phone, but I never started a paid membership and did not knowingly approve any paid subscription within the app. Despite this, I discovered today while reviewing my credit card activity that starting on December 5, 2025, my card has been charged $9 on the 5th of each month, for a total of four unauthorized charges.
I use an iOS device, and the payments appear to have been charged to my İş Bank credit card. Even though I never shared my card details with Mindguru through the app or in any other way, I do not understand how they were able to charge me regularly.
So far, I have not contacted either my bank or Mindguru regarding this issue. Because I never approved this membership or these payments, I request a full refund of the total amount charged, which is $37 (4 × $9). I also request that any membership or subscription associated with my account be immediately canceled.
I ask that this unauthorized billing be investigated and that I receive an explanation as soon as possible.
