Mindguru Subscription Not Canceled and Still Charging My Card Monthly

-In September, I attempted to create a subscription through the Mindguru mobile app. Since that time, charges have continued to be deducted from my credit card every month without my authorization. Even though I requested that my subscription be canceled back in September, I never received any response and my membership was not terminated.
My username in the app is “Askin.” I want my subscription to be canceled immediately as of this month, and I do not want any further charges to be made to my credit card. I also request written confirmation once the cancellation process has been completed.
