Mindguru Subscription Still Charging After Cancellation on Apple Store

Even though my Mindguru subscription appears as canceled on the Apple Store as of July 16, 2025, my credit card has continued to be charged $10 every month under the description “Mindguru subscription” since that date. Because the system already shows the subscription as canceled, I am unable to cancel it again through the Apple Store.

Since July 2025, these charges have continued to be deducted from my card regularly. Because the subscription is already marked as canceled, I believe these charges are unfair and unauthorized. I request that both Mindguru and Apple review my subscription and payment records, refund all amounts that were charged after the cancellation, and provide written confirmation that my subscription has been fully terminated.

The records related to my subscription and payments can be viewed through the email address m***********@icloud.com**, which is associated with both my Mindguru app account and my Apple account.
