Even though I canceled my Mindguru monthly subscription in August 2025, charges have continued to be deducted from my Garanti Bank credit card every month. As a result of these withdrawals made without my authorization, approximately $49 has been taken from my card so far.
Today, I contacted the company and created a support request regarding this issue. However, I want the problem I am experiencing to be resolved as soon as possible. I request that all amounts charged for the subscription I already canceled be refunded to my card immediately, and that I receive written confirmation that my membership has been completely terminated.
If this process continues to be delayed or if the cancellation and refund are not completed, I would like to state that I will exercise my legal rights and file complaints with the relevant authorities.
