Mindguru Life Unauthorized $10 Charge After Subscription Was Canceled

I canceled my Mindguru Life trial subscription in December 2023 and then completely deleted the app from my phone. There was also no active subscription showing in my account within the app. Despite this, I recently noticed that $10 was charged to my Yapı Kredi credit card this month.

I request that this previously canceled subscription be permanently terminated, that all further charges to my card be stopped immediately, and that the $10 that was charged without my knowledge be fully refunded. Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue legal action. I ask that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
