Mindguru Life Subscription Not Found but Still Charging My Credit Card

I recently noticed that money has been regularly charged from my QNB Finansbank credit card for a long time under the name “Mindguru Life Procrast.” I previously contacted Mindguru by email about this issue in October 2023. They told me that there was no membership registered under my email address and that they had checked the matter internally. However, despite this, the charges to my card continued.

It is extremely troubling and unfair that I am still being charged for a membership that they themselves say is not associated with my account, and that these payments have continued even after my cancellation request. I demand that my membership be immediately canceled, that all recurring payment instructions on my QNB Finansbank credit card be stopped immediately, and that all charges made since October 2023 be fully refunded to me with interest.

If this matter is not resolved, I will pursue all necessary legal actions and present all relevant statements and records as evidence.
