Mindguru Procrast Subscription Won’t Cancel – Still Charging Monthly

I am using the Procrast service from Mindguru.life, based in Israel. I initially signed up for a free trial, which automatically converted into a paid monthly subscription of 39.9 ILS.

About three months ago, I sent emails to Mindguru.life requesting cancellation of my Procrast subscription, but I did not receive any response at all, not even an automatic confirmation. Despite my cancellation requests, the subscription has continued, and I have been charged 39.9 ILS each month.

I request that my Procrast subscription be canceled immediately and that the recurring charge of 39.9 ILS be stopped without any further billing.
