Mindguru.life Secretly Bills Credit Card $12 Monthly Since August 2025
Even though we have no knowledge of the company named Mindguru.life and have never entered into any membership or subscription agreement with them, we noticed that approximately $12 has been regularly deducted every month from my wife's QNB Finansbank card since August 2025 under the description "subscription fee." We never subscribed to any service, never shared our card details with this company, and these charges were made without our knowledge.
As soon as we realized what was happening, we notified our bank; however, we have not yet opened an official dispute record. The unauthorized use of our credit card information by Mindguru.life is a clear legal violation that has caused us significant hardship.
We demand that Mindguru.life completely and permanently delete my wife's card details from their systems, issue a full refund for all unauthorized charges made without our consent, and immediately and irrevocably cancel any membership or subscription that may have been created in our name.
