I am filing a complaint regarding the Mindguru. Life app/subscription because transactions have been made without my knowledge or consent. I had previously approved this membership and later canceled it myself. However, despite my cancellation, the company did not terminate the membership and continued charging my card for months.

At first, charges of around $5 were deducted from my card. Later, on January 8, 2026, I noticed that another $10 had been charged. When I checked the Google Play Store, the application did not appear in my subscriptions. Despite this, transactions under the name Mindguru. Life were still being processed, and I also received a message stating that a transaction had been made by Mindguru. Life. Since I already canceled the subscription on my side, I absolutely do not accept these continued charges.

I request that my Mindguru. Life membership be immediately and permanently canceled and that all amounts charged from my card without my knowledge or authorization be fully refunded. Otherwise, I will consider escalating the matter with my bank and the appropriate legal authorities.
