Mindguru App Charges Credit Card $26 Without Renewal Notice
About two years ago, I purchased a limited-time subscription to the Mindguru app. I used this subscription for a short period, signed out, and never used the service again. However, I noticed that in April and July of this year, transactions of $26 each were processed on my credit card without my knowledge or consent, under the descriptor "Mindguru.Life London GB."
Due to these unauthorized withdrawals, I was forced to cancel my card and initiated an investigation by filing a fraud dispute form through Ziraat Bank. I received no automatic renewal notifications whatsoever—neither email nor push notification—indicating that the subscription was ongoing. Even though I haven't used the app in a very long time, I refuse to accept these high-value charges.
I demand that Mindguru immediately cancel all memberships and subscriptions in my name and fully refund all $26 charges made to my card. Otherwise, I specifically want to state that I will pursue my rights through legal action.
