Mindguru.life Ignores Cancellation Requests While Spamming Credit Card Charges

For about a month, a company called Mindguru.life has been continuously attempting to run authorization charges of $26 on my credit card. My bank, Yapi Kredi, flagged these transactions as suspicious and blocked my card, and I can see from SMS alerts that they are making back-to-back charge attempts throughout the day. This situation has escalated to the point where it feels like an outright scam attempt.

I do not recall creating an account or knowingly purchasing a subscription with this company. Despite this, these unauthorized charge attempts persist. On July 14, I sent an email with the subject line "Cancellation Request" to [email protected], asking them to cancel any membership/subscription and stop attempting to charge my card. Although I also reached out via Instagram and direct messages, the company has completely ignored me on all channels and provided no explanation.

I refuse to accept repeated attempts to charge $26 to my credit card without my consent. I demand that Mindguru.life immediately and permanently cancel any active membership under my name, wipe my payment details from their system, and cease all future charge attempts on my card. Otherwise, in addition to my bank fraud dispute, I will file official complaints with law enforcement and other relevant regulatory bodies.
