Mindguru Unauthorized Charges After I Canceled My Free Trial
Even though I canceled my Mindguru trial membership about five months before it expired, I recently noticed that charges are still being deducted from my credit card. The name, surname, and email information visible in my account match the account used for these charges, which indicates that the transactions were processed through the same account.
When I checked my credit card statements, I saw that a membership fee was charged most recently in December, and before that in October. Since I canceled my membership on time, I believe these charges are unfair.
Because I could not find any contact phone number within the app or on their website, I was unable to contact the company directly. I request a full refund of all amounts that were charged unfairly to my credit card and that my membership be completely terminated in their system.
