Mindguru Life Kept Charging Me $11 After I Canceled My Subscription

I am filing a complaint regarding the app/subscription called Mindguru. Life because charges were made without my knowledge or consent. I had previously approved this membership myself but later canceled it on my end. However, despite canceling the subscription, the company did not terminate the membership and continued charging my card: $11 on April 10, 2025, $11 on July 10, 2025, $11 on October 10, 2025, and $11 on January 10, 2026.

When I checked my subscriptions through the Apple Store, I saw that this application does not appear in my active subscriptions. Despite this, charges continued to be processed under the name Mindguru. Life. I also did not receive any notification or email from Mindguru. Life informing me that the membership was still active. Since I canceled the subscription myself, I absolutely do not accept these ongoing charges.

I request that my Mindguru. Life membership be immediately and permanently canceled and that all amounts charged from my card without my knowledge or approval be fully refunded. Otherwise, I will consider escalating this issue with my bank and the appropriate official authorities.
