Please provide them with precise information such as your player ID, country/region, the name of the purchased item, payment channel, time of purchase, and a description of the issue.

Additionally, notify PUBG Mobile's support team of the matter so that they can check your in-game account for any anomalies. Provide them with the same transaction information to aid their inquiry.
