Midasbuy UC Purchase Not Delivered – Payment Made but No UC in PUBG Account

On September 4, 2025, I purchased 3,400 TL worth of UC via bank transfer on Midasbuy. Even though the payment was successfully completed, no UC was credited to my PUBG account.

Issue: UC not delivered despite full payment

After the purchase, I attempted to reach Midasbuy customer service for support, but I constantly encountered errors and was unable to get any help. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and it has caused clear frustration.

I kindly request that either:

The purchased UC be credited immediately to my PUBG account, or

A full refund of ₺3,400 be issued to me.

I expect urgent support and resolution for this matter.
