Midasbuy Took My Payment but Didn’t Deliver 300 UC for PUBG

On February 2, 2026, at approximately 6:03 PM, I purchased 300 UC for PUBG through Midasbuy. I made the payment via bank transfer to Trend Payment Services Inc. Even though the payment was successfully withdrawn from my account, no UC has been credited to my game account.

When I contacted support, they asked for my order number. However, since I completed the purchase without logging in or creating an account, I am unable to access my order number again and therefore cannot provide the requested information. I have opened at least 10 support tickets through Discord and PUBG Support explaining the situation. PUBG Support directed me to Midasbuy, and Midasbuy then told me to contact PUBG Support, stating they could not assist me. As a result, I have been repeatedly redirected between the two parties without receiving any solution.

I am requesting that the 300 UC I paid for be credited to my PUBG account immediately. If that is not possible, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid via bank transfer.
