Midasbuy Did Not Deliver 900 UC and Charged 339₺ Despite Failed Transactions
On 05/09/2024, around 4 AM, I attempted to purchase 660 UC from Midasbuy using my Ziraat Bank credit card. I tried the purchase five times, but the system never approved the transaction and no UC was delivered. I eventually gave up and bought UC from another site.
However, when I later checked my bank account, I discovered that 339₺ had been withdrawn by Midasbuy even though the purchase had failed.
Additionally, I tried to redeem 5,000 VIP points for 300 UC. I correctly loaded the coupons, but those UC were also never credited to my account.
In total, I am missing 900 UC (660 + 300), and the payment I made was not refunded. My game ID is 5181****78.
I cannot reach Midasbuy’s customer service, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I demand that either:
The 339₺ be refunded, or
The 900 UC (660 + 300) be credited to my account immediately.
I can provide the payment receipt as proof if required. This issue must be resolved urgently, as players should not lose both their money and in-game currency due to system failures.
