PUBG Mobile UC Not Delivered After 1,700 TL Midasbuy Bank Transfer Payment

On September 13, 2025, I purchased UC for PUBG Mobile through Midasbuy, making a 1,700 TL bank transfer via Türkiye İş Bankası. My PUBG account ID is 5188*88.
However, even after more than a day, the UC has not been credited to my account. I contacted Midasbuy customer service, but I have not received any response.
I have the payment receipt available and can provide it if necessary. My registered email address is Ha*********@gmail.com**.
I request that my purchased UC be credited to my account as soon as possible. It is unacceptable for players to experience this kind of issue, and I expect my problem to be resolved without further delay.
