Midasbuy Charged My Card but Didn't Deliver PUBG UC
On June 23, 2026, I attempted to purchase PUBG Mobile UC through Midasbuy five separate times. During each attempt, my DenizBank credit card ending in 5241 showed authorization holds totaling approximately $45. However, every order in the Midasbuy system is marked as "Payment Incomplete," and no UC has been credited to my PUBG Mobile account. My Player ID is 5433****35.
After noticing the issue, I contacted my bank. They informed me that there were no finalized transactions yet and that the amounts were currently listed only as pending authorizations. However, because Midasbuy continues to show the orders as "Payment Incomplete," my available credit has been reduced while I have not received the UC I attempted to purchase. As a result, I have been affected both by the pending charges on my card and by the failure to deliver the purchased in-game currency.
I request that Midasbuy thoroughly investigate these transactions, determine the exact status of the payment authorizations, and either credit the appropriate amount of UC to my PUBG Mobile account or, if any payment is ultimately collected, issue a full refund. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
