PUBG Mobile UC Purchased From Midas Buy Not Delivered Despite Successful Payment
Around 7–8 months ago, I purchased 40,000 UC and an additional 8,100 UC through Midas Buy using my bank card. The payment transactions were completed successfully, the money was withdrawn from my bank account, and I was provided with a redemption code.
I entered the code into my PUBG Mobile account, but no UC was ever credited to my balance. I did not receive any error messages during this process, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue with UC purchases.
So far, I have not contacted either Midas Buy or PUBG Mobile customer support. However, I request that the UC I purchased be credited to my account immediately.

I expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
