Midasbuy Not Responding After Taking My $123

On January 30, 2026, at 11:21 PM, I made a bank transfer through QNB Finansbank and paid $123 on the Midasbuy website to purchase 6,000 UC for my PUBG Mobile account. My order number is SG260131phzpeıg4yx, and my PUBG Mobile account ID is 530696845. Although the payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, the UC balance has not been credited to my PUBG Mobile account.
I have reported this issue to Midasbuy multiple times. I was told that I would receive information by email, but even after 4–5 days, I have not received any response and my problem has not been resolved. For a transaction that has already been paid for, not being able to reach anyone and receiving no explanation for this long has caused me serious hardship.
I am requesting that the 6,000 UC I paid for be credited to my PUBG Mobile account as soon as possible. If that is not possible, I demand a full refund of the $123 I paid. I also request a written explanation as to why this process has taken so long.
