PUBG Mobile UC Not Received After Buy Code Purchase

Last night, I purchased UC for PUBG Mobile through Midasbuy using a “buy code.” I paid a total of $7 with my debit card. The amount was successfully withdrawn from my account, and I have the transaction ID. However, even though a full day has passed, the UC has still not been credited to my account.

I did not receive any error message. Even though the payment was processed successfully, no UC was added to my account, and I did not receive any notification. I waited in case there was a delay, but since last night, the UC has still not been delivered.

For the $7 I paid, I am requesting that the UC be credited to my account immediately, or that the amount be refunded to my debit card without delay. I am ready to provide the transaction ID and bank receipt as proof if necessary.
