I purchased PUBG Mobile UC worth approximately $130 through the Midasbuy app, but after the purchase, the UC was not credited to my game account. I completed the transaction on December 16, 2025, between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, using my card via Ziraat Mobile.
My PUBG Mobile account ID linked to the purchase is 5169*97, and my in-game username is “tcali46aslan.” Even though the payment was successfully charged, no UC was added to my in-game balance. I have paid the money but cannot use the product I purchased, which has caused me serious inconvenience.
I request that the UC corresponding to the amount I paid be fully and promptly credited to my PUBG Mobile account. If necessary, I am ready to provide screenshots and payment receipts related to the transaction as proof. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
