MidasBuy Support Not Responding to Missing UC Issue

I purchased UC for PUBG Mobile through MidasBuy, but even though several hours have passed since the payment, the UC has still not been credited to my account. I completed the transaction today at 4:48 PM from Ankara through your website in the amount of $13. In my first transfer, I accidentally sent $0.30 less than the required amount, and I immediately sent the remaining balance. Despite completing the full payment, the UC has not been delivered, and the money appears as withdrawn from my account.
I contacted your support team regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response. Both the fact that the payment was taken without delivering the UC and the slow support response are causing me hardship.
I am requesting that this paid transaction be urgently reviewed and that the UC be credited in full to my PUBG Mobile account. If that is not possible, I demand a full refund of the total amount paid.
