Through the Midas Buy platform, I purchased 1,800 UC twice and 3,650 UC once on the same day, but none of the UC has been credited to my PUBG account. The account UID I used for the transactions is 5206*****12. I completed the purchases today at 8:18 AM and around 9:00 AM.
One of the payments shows a charge of $65, and the other shows $32 withdrawn from my card. Despite this, even after two days, the UC has still not been credited to my account. Although I contacted Midas Buy support, I have not received any response so far. My Midas Buy account shows order numbers 481832 and 481825 for these transactions.
Even though the payments were successfully processed, the UC has still not been delivered to my PUBG account, and I am experiencing financial loss as a result. I am requesting that these orders be urgently reviewed and that the UC corresponding to the amounts I paid be credited in full and without delay to the account with UID 5206*****12.
