I Report Midasbuy Feedback Failure and Can’t Request Refund or UC Transfer

I’m trying to contact Midasbuy to fix a purchase problem, but the feedback form keeps saying “system busy” with no details or next steps. Because the form won’t submit, I can’t open a proper ticket, request a refund, or ask for a UC transfer to the correct account. I’ve searched the app and site repeatedly, but there’s no clear guidance, no status page, and no alternate support channel that actually works. I’m stuck in a loop where I can’t report the issue, can’t track a case, and can’t get my money or UC resolved.
This is incredibly frustrating. I expect a clear support path for billing and account mistakes—especially when the purchased UC hasn’t been used. Midasbuy must immediately restore the feedback system, provide a working support email/chat, confirm if refund or account-to-account UC transfer is possible, and process my case without delay. Customers deserve transparent, reliable ways to fix payment and account errors.
