I purchased a 6000+2000 UC pack for PUBG Mobile through Midasbuy yesterday at around 11:00 PM using Easypaisa. The payment was successfully deducted from my Easypaisa account, but the UC has still not been credited to my in-game account, even though more than 5 hours have passed since the purchase.
My PUBG in-game UID is 5317891110. I have proof of the Easypaisa transaction showing that the amount was deducted. However, no UC has been added to my PUBG account, and I have not received any clear confirmation or information from Midasbuy regarding this top-up.
I request that the missing 6000+2000 UC be immediately credited to my PUBG account linked to UID 5317891110, or that the full amount be refunded to my Easypaisa account as soon as possible. I also ask that this transaction be reviewed and that I be informed of the outcome.
