My Midasbuy UC Purchase Loaded to Wrong PUBG ID – Refund Request

On September 4, 2024, at 21:34, I purchased UC for PUBG Mobile via Midasbuy in two separate transactions:

300 UC

60 UC
for a total of ₺200.

However, by mistake, the UC was loaded onto the wrong PUBG ID: 5192*29. The UC has not yet been spent on that account.

I attempted to contact Midasbuy and PUBG customer support, but there is no complaint category available for wrong ID top-ups, so I could not get assistance.

I kindly request that:

This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and I am asking for urgent support to resolve it fairly.
