PUBG Mobile UC Not Delivered After Midasbuy Bank Transfer

On September 17, 2025, I purchased UC for PUBG Mobile through Midasbuy, making a 1,800 TL bank transfer. The actual product price was 1,700 TL, so I accidentally overpaid by 100 TL. I even requested that the extra 100 TL be added to my Midasbuy balance.
Despite completing the transaction, the UC I purchased has not been credited to my account. I have the reference number for this transaction: sg250918kaafvrct8wgmte.
To resolve the issue, I created two separate support tickets, but I have not received any response from Midasbuy. I have experienced a similar problem in the past, which makes this situation even more frustrating.
I demand that the UC I paid for be credited to my PUBG Mobile account immediately and that this recurring problem be addressed to prevent further customer grievances.
