MidasBuy Payment Successful but PUBG Mobile UC Not Received

2I purchased PUBG Mobile UC via Midasbuy for my account with ID 52140360*** on 9 May 2026. The payment of 249 PKR was successfully completed through JazzCash, but the UC has still not been credited to my PUBG account. I checked my payment and it shows as successful, and I can also see the transaction in Midasbuy, but there is no UC in my PUBG account. I have tried to reach Midasbuy about this issue, but I have not received any reply so far. I request that the missing UC for this 249 PKR payment be delivered to my PUBG account as soon as possible, or that you provide a clear explanation and solution for this problem.
