PUBG Mobile UC Purchase Not Showing Up in My Account

Yesterday, I purchased UC for PUBG Mobile through Midasbuy in the amount of $7. Although the payment was successfully charged to my card, the UC has not been credited to my game account.

The PUBG Mobile account ID I used for the transaction is 5135*****58. Despite the payment being processed, the product was not delivered, and I am experiencing financial loss as a result.

I am requesting that the UC be credited in full to the specified game account as soon as possible.
