MidasBuy System Error Recognized My PUBG ID Incorrectly

In my recent transaction through MidasBuy, I am experiencing an issue because my account ID information was incorrectly recognized by the system during account setup. Even though I have successfully completed transactions before, this time the $6 payment I made was not credited to my account. The payment appears on MidasBuy’s side, but it has not been reflected in my game account.
This issue has been ongoing for approximately four hours, and I have been unable to reach customer service. I am requesting that the ID number 5171****26 assigned to my account be corrected and that the issue caused by this system error be resolved immediately.
