I used Midasbuy today at around 11:00 a.m. to purchase a PUBG UC top-up for my PUBG account with ID 5860885528, and the payment was made via Easypaisa. The amount was successfully deducted from my Easypaisa account, and I have full payment proof and transaction details, but the UC has still not been credited to my PUBG account even though more than 12 hours have passed. I tried to contact Midasbuy and PUBG customer support regarding this issue, but have not received any response so far. I have previously used Midasbuy for UC top-ups without any problems, which makes this situation even more disappointing, as this time only the money was taken and nothing was delivered. I request that my missing UC be credited to my PUBG account linked to ID 5860885528 as soon as possible, or that my payment made via Easypaisa be fully refunded. I am ready to provide the payment proof and transaction ID whenever required, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
