PUBG Mobile UC Marked Delivered but Never Received
Between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on June 23, I purchased the 1,800 UC package for PUBG Mobile through Midasbuy using my credit card. I paid approximately $16 for the purchase. Although the order page shows the transaction as "Payment Received" and "Delivered," the UC has never been credited to my PUBG Mobile account.
After the payment was completed, I did not receive the UC, nor did I receive any confirmation by email, SMS, or any other notification. This was my first time purchasing UC through Midasbuy, and I am now left in a situation where my payment has been processed but the purchased in-game currency has not been delivered.
I also tried to contact Midasbuy and PUBG Mobile customer support, but I could not find a working support channel or reach a representative who could assist me. As a result, I have been unable to resolve this issue directly.
I request that the 1,800 UC corresponding to my $16 payment be credited to my PUBG Mobile account as soon as possible. If the order cannot be fulfilled, I request a full refund. I also ask Midasbuy to investigate this issue and provide me with a clear update on the status of my order.
