Due to a Kiwi.com error, we were denied boarding

Recently, I used Kiwi.com to book a flight on a connecting flight from Antalya to Marrakech. However, my travel plans were met with a devastating setback when we were not allowed to board the plane due to the absence of a transit passenger waiting room at London Luton Airport. This was a complete shock to us as we were not informed of this issue by Kiwi.com. To make matters worse, this information was not available on the British Consulate website. This lack of communication and transparency on the part of Kiwi.com resulted in my group of 4 people being victimized, as we were left stranded and out of pocket for the cost of our flight tickets. The company's failure to inform us of this important information, and the subsequent lack of assistance, is unacceptable. I demand a full refund for the cost of our flight tickets, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss we have suffered as a result of Kiwi.com's negligence. I urge anyone considering booking a flight through Kiwi.com to be cautious and thoroughly research the company's policies and procedures before making a purchase, as their lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
