I Face Unexplained Cancellation and No Refund on Kiwi.com Flight Ticket

I purchased a round-trip flight ticket from Izmir to Tivat on Kiwi.com on February 18. However, without any prior notice or explanation, my ticket was suddenly canceled on April 1. This unexpected cancellation caused me a financial loss of ₺15,375, and despite my repeated refund requests, I have not received any reimbursement.

When I contacted Kiwi.com customer support, they falsely claimed that the airline company was not issuing refunds. This excuse is unacceptable, as my contract and payment were with Kiwi.com, not directly with the airline. I trusted Kiwi.com to deliver the service I paid for, but they failed to fulfill their responsibility and left me without a solution.

What’s worse, they have no official office or customer service support in Turkey, leaving me with no way to escalate my complaint. I feel completely abandoned as a consumer and financially harmed. I strongly advise others against purchasing tickets from Kiwi.com, as my experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.

I demand a full refund of my ₺15,375 and a formal explanation for the unjust cancellation of my flight. Kiwi.com must take responsibility for this situation and resolve my complaint without further delay.

Please address this issue urgently and return the amount I paid.
