Superprof Charged My Credit Card for a Second Month Without My Consent
While using Superprof, I believed that I had purchased only a one-month subscription. However, without my knowledge or consent, the second month’s fee was also charged to my credit card. A new charge was made on November 28, 2025, but I only noticed it on December 1 when I checked my credit card statement.
I immediately objected to the charge and contacted Superprof, but I was told that they would not issue a refund, claiming that automatic renewal was mentioned somewhere on the website. However, I did not see any clear or explicit notice stating that the subscription would automatically renew. I genuinely believed that I was paying only for a single month of use.
I am requesting a full refund of the second month’s fee, which was charged without my explicit approval. I also demand that my subscription be completely canceled and that no automatic renewal or future charges be applied under any circumstances.
