Today, I made an EFT transfer of approximately $123 from my own bank account to the IBAN provided to me by VD Casino’s live support, in order to deposit funds into my VD Casino account. Although the transaction was successfully completed on my bank’s side, the amount was never credited to my account.
When I contacted live support to request that the funds either be credited to my account or refunded, no solution was offered. Instead, I was blocked by live support, and all communication with me was completely cut off. I have the EFT receipt and full transaction details in my possession.
I demand that the $123 I paid be urgently credited to my VD Casino account, or, if that is not possible, that the full amount be refunded to my bank account without delay.
