Kiwi.com Denied Refund for a Flight I Couldn't Take
I entrusted Kiwi.com with my Istanbul to Tokyo flight reservation, only to encounter a major issue. Since it was a connecting flight, I needed a transit visa. However, Kiwi.com failed to provide any information, leaving me no choice but to cancel my flight at the last minute. Shockingly, they are now refusing to refund my money. They neglected to inform me about the visa requirement before I made the purchase, yet they are unwilling to take responsibility for their oversight and compensate me accordingly. I am adamant about receiving a full refund because their failure to inform me about the visa requirement is the very reason I find myself in this unfortunate situation.
