Kiwi.com Ignored My Flight Cancellation Request Made Through Skyscanner

On September 13, I purchased tickets through Skyscanner from Kiwi.com for flights from Ashgabat to London and then London to Istanbul, with a total cost of ₺14,772. I completed the payment using my bank card.

Due to official reasons, I now need to cancel my ticket. I submitted a cancellation request through the Kiwi.com website, but to this day I have not received any response. I also tried to reach Skyscanner customer service, but I was unable to get in contact with them either.

This lack of support is unacceptable. I paid in full and followed the correct cancellation process, yet both Kiwi.com and Skyscanner have failed to provide assistance.

I demand a full refund of ₺14,772 and expect this matter to be resolved promptly. Customers deserve timely communication and reliable service when booking flights through major travel platforms.
