Your options if you miss a connection on Kiwi.com depend on several factors:

• Check your booking confirmation for airline names, contact info, and missed connection instructions.
• Kiwi.com customer service should be your first contact. They can advise you on Guarantee coverage and your situation. Contact the airline you missed your connection about rebooking, but fees may apply.
• Assess your options to reach your destination quickly. Keep all Kiwi.com and airline correspondence and receipts for missed connections. Later compensation claims may benefit from this documentation.
• Rebooking fees may apply depending on airline policies. Track meals, hotel stays, and alternative transportation costs from the missed connection as they may be reimbursed later.
