I Report Kiwi.com Failure to Notify Airport Change, Missed Flight

We purchased a return ticket from Montenegro to Istanbul through Kiwi.com. While the airline did change the flight time, and the Kiwi app notified us of that, there was absolutely no notification—no email, no message—about the airport change. We unknowingly went to the wrong airport, only to discover the flight was departing from a different one. The two airports are two hours apart, and unfortunately, we couldn't make it to the correct airport in time, causing us to miss our flight.

This critical oversight by Kiwi.com resulted in significant financial and emotional distress. We were forced to purchase another return ticket from a different airline at a much higher price, incurring substantial unexpected costs. This negligence has left us feeling deeply frustrated and misled. We have requested a refund, but Kiwi.com is simply stalling, telling us our request is being "discussed" and "evaluated." We demand a full refund for the original ticket and compensation for the additional costs incurred due to their failure to provide vital flight information.
