My Dyson 360 Vis Nav Can’t Be Repaired, but Dyson Refuses Replacement Due to Invoice

I purchased the Dyson 360 Vis Nav robot vacuum only nine months ago via Trendyol, and from the start, it has never performed as advertised. The product Dyson promotes—an advanced robot vacuum capable of cleaning the entire home independently—has absolutely not lived up to its claims. It has only worked as intended for a handful of days. Most of the time, it either stops mid-clean, gets lost, or fails to complete a session.

After sending the product to service twice, I was told it cannot be repaired. But instead of offering a replacement, Dyson refused—claiming my invoice wasn’t valid because it wasn’t issued directly by Dyson. Even though the invoice clearly shows “Dyson” in the top corner and was provided by an official seller, they dismissed it completely. It’s unacceptable that a company would ignore the product’s serial number, official seller status, and warranty timeline just to avoid honoring a replacement.

Customer service has been equally disappointing. The tone used by several representatives was patronizing and dismissive, as if the burden was on me to prove everything over and over. They won’t provide any official written statement either—just vague excuses like “we can’t issue that kind of document.” Now they want to return a non-repairable product back to me, without replacing or refunding it. This is not how a premium brand should treat its customers—especially after charging ₺ for a top-tier product. Dyson, I’m officially requesting a full replacement or refund immediately.
