Dyson V15 Losing Suction and Shutting Off

I bought a Dyson V15 vacuum from Dyson’s official website about 7–8 months ago. From the very first day, I’ve had issues with its suction power, and more recently it has started pausing and cutting out intermittently. During this time, I’ve contacted customer service several times—twice via video call and once via a regular phone call—to explain the situation. They replaced the filter and sent me a new one, and they also recommended cleaning the filter. Even though I followed all of their instructions exactly, there has been no improvement in the vacuum’s performance.

About a week ago, I called customer service again, and once more I was only told to clean the filter and then was asked to do another video call. However, despite all these calls and suggestions, my problem still hasn’t been resolved and I haven’t been offered any permanent solution. My vacuum is still under warranty and I’ve been using it for about a year.

I am requesting that my vacuum be repaired, replaced if necessary, or that this issue be definitively resolved. I want this long‑standing problem to be addressed and the inconvenience I’ve experienced to be remedied.
