Dyson V15 Detect Bought in Belgium Not Covered in Turkey – Misleading Warranty Info

I purchased my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute from Media Markt in Brussels, Belgium, and before buying, I specifically asked if the warranty would be valid in Turkey. I was told that as long as I registered the device through the app, it would be covered.

After 1.5 years, the trigger started malfunctioning—at first, the vacuum wouldn’t start when pressed, and later, it only worked after 4-5 attempts, sometimes stopping randomly during use. I contacted Dyson support, and when I mentioned that I bought it in Belgium, they refused to provide warranty service. They claimed that their international warranty applies to Germany and Poland, but not Belgium.

This is completely unacceptable. I was given misleading information at the time of purchase, and now Dyson is denying service for a faulty product. I expect Dyson to honor the warranty or provide a solution—customers shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of inconsistency!
