Dyson V15 Absolute Vacuum Warranty Repair Issues

Our Dyson V15 Absolute vacuum, which we bought 4 months ago, has been acting up lately. The screens don't have any warnings. When you first start it up (when it's cold), it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, but after 5-20 seconds, it starts working fine. We clean regularly following the given instructions, but we encounter this issue when the device is cold. This might be a problem with the software. The customer support staff mentioned that there could be issues with either the trigger or the motor. They also provided the prices for these parts, which are ₺3750 for the motor and ₺2500 for the trigger. They also say that the problem isn't covered by the warranty. How is this even possible? We bought the device for ₺23,000, and after 3 months, problems came up. You were able to figure out how much it would cost to fix it before finding out what caused the problem. Just so you know, if I don't get a response, I'll start taking legal action. I'll keep you posted on the whole process. I think this could be a helpful or unhelpful suggestion for people thinking about buying a Dyson product. Once I have resolved my problems, I will delete this review.

Authorized representatives from Dyson Turkey called me. First of all, let me clarify that Dyson Turkey has no affiliation with the Dyson brand. Dyson Turkey is likely a company with a commercial name like X. They manage Dyson's service network in Turkey. It's evident that they handle the entire process poorly, and I'd like to briefly explain: 1. They can't even see where the device with the serial number I provided was sold. 2. They can't see if the device is under warranty. 3. If I didn't tell them that I bought the device from Dubai or the UK, they wouldn't know that either. 4. Based on the country I mentioned, they say that devices purchased from these countries are not covered by warranty because the electrical grid is different. 5. This device has an international warranty. I will report this to the real Dyson and we'll see who is right. 6. Even if the electrical grid is different, this device runs on a battery and is not directly connected to the grid. How could it damage the motor? At most, the battery might fail, which is unlikely. 7. I have purchased dozens of devices from abroad. All of them have at least a 1-year international warranty. 8. The company calling itself Dyson Turkey is unaware of global standards. They are trying to void the warranty and charge for replacements. 9. Setting aside the above six points, how can a company not know from the serial number of a product which country or seller it was sold to? This implies that the product has fallen into the gray market. How can a company that cannot track its product provide service support? 10. I am starting the legal process to see who is right.
